Note that many of the stamps are in hingeless mounts. Many of the mounts in the American Album have some discoloration. Note that this discoloration is part of the mount and does not impact the stamps. Most of the unused stamps in mounts in the American Album appear to have been previously hinged or have other gum problems. The stamps in the generic album are largely hinged onto the album pages.

The American Album is copyrighted 1946 and is somewhat battered with at least 2 pages that have pulled out and placed back into the book but not before that edges of the page have become frayed. All or nearly all stamps included in this lot are shown in the photos.

Pages are not shown if they have no stamps. A small number of stamps may have come loose from the album and are loose between the pages.

Overall the stamps appear to be in generally good condition though as with most collections of this type expect various flaws throughout.
