US STAMP COLLECTION W/LIGHTHOUSE HARDCOVER W/BLANK PAGES. Please see pics of stamps for condition and grade as I'm not a stamp collector. This was a late family members collection that has been stored for close to 30 years. Most are used and in good condition. About half the album has blank pages.

Album is in good condition for a vintage item. Also including an Aven Technik Tweezer. Collection was organized by denomination, so could not fit stamps 9 cents above due to pic limit.
