Stamps are all new and never taken out of their presentation cards. Blue casing with gold Postmasters of America. All items included in this album are in mint condition and preserved well. Stored in a smoke-free environment.

This Mint set is a complete set, completed in 1979 with 200 commemorative stamps each mounted on a historical story card with story captions. (Certificate of Authenticity) as this letter is only released after full 200 set is complete and certified. Feel free to ask any questions, measurements or conditions of any item.
