I really had to look to see it. The empty binder was an extra I had. It has a large inside split as shown in photo.

But it's included no charge so you should find it useful for the price! It is a bit toned too.

Not perfect but useful and free! Pages notes: Pages look intact as original. Appear normal used for how full it is.

Expect possible shelf wear from moving about. Pages average for a'used' album of this age. GREAT album to continue using.

Pages cover start to 2005 as shown in photos. 3 unopened packs included as shown! I went over pages casually. All seems in order but there are so many there is no way for me to be 100% sure.

You'll find some damaged but most look fine on casual flipping. A good set up to jump start you into a United States collection! Other general important information: read below. Many nice stamps (unless noted above otherwise) but these are old albums and you should not expect all stamps to be fault free. I do not count stamps with a fault that I notice.

Stamps are in mixed condition. I have viewed thousands of albums. Comments are made based on my experiences and may not be reflective of the albums you have viewed.

I do not look at many stamps closely.... Some stamp estimates are roughly fast counted estimates other numbers are simply a guess. Consider any count numbers only a guide......

Often I was doing two things at once so mistakes could have happened! Albums and pages - Expect faults. Some could be hidden (like loose pages). Some albums I sell are well over 100 years old.

Some could be improved with library quality paper and fabric tapes. Page holes could be reinforced. These are not considered defects as these are used albums and pages. Both could include owner's marks and notations on pages. Page completeness cannot be assured. I try to review but there is no way for me to be certain all pages are intact unless wrapped and new. Common 3 ring binders - Condition is given little consideration as they are so common and easily replaced. I have tried to note any exceptions. Sometimes not so much, just depends on the material.

Sometimes an unknown delay is unavoidable and I usually try to send a note. Import or other charges that could be imposed by others are your responsibility and out of my control. Otherwise, I tend to leave feedback every 3-4 weeks. My local post office is very small with limited hours and services.
