This year set contains stamps With Die-Cuts. All Stamps are on their original backing paper and are Mint Never Hinged, of course. All stamps were cleanly separated from their respective panes if backing paper rouletting existed. If rouletting did not exist, surrounding stamps were removed and stamps were cut with backing paper margins around the entire stamp(s). All stamps are Forever stamps except where noted below.

First class letter 1oz rate increased from 55c to 58c and postcard from 36c to 40c on August 29th. The non-machineable rate increased from 20c to 30c, so along with the first class letter rate the Colorado Hairstreak Butterfly non machineable stamp increased from 75c to 88c.

Postal stationery is not included. You will not find a cleaner Mint Never Hinged Year Set. The stamps have no creases, wrinkles or faults of any kind.
