Certified, Graded Trans-Mississippi stamp collection. The reason I have this extra stamp is when I was purchasing these stamps individually, to try to get a complete collection, I always asked for verification of stamp quality and was assured this had been graded extra fine, although they did not have the documentation. As you can see in the pictures I have had each stamp evaluated or graded and the entire set as a whole was graded.

These stamps have been kept in individual clear plastic stamp holders, inside a folder and in a fire proof vault away from sunshine or light and have very good color. They have never been hinged, reglued or washed. Bills to pay after an accident.
