It is tied with a 2c stamp. The cover has been cleanly opened along the left side.

The only visible faults are the staining on the right side and the general overall discolouration (See Images). The advertising on the reverse notes its tobacco favoring is "550 Times Sweeter Than The Best Sugar" and "Guaranteed to be the Strongest, Cheapest and Best". A unique and rarer philatelic item.
